【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Children over 6 years old will be treated as adults.
Reception is open from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
