Hotel Monterey La Soeur Fukuoka

Beginning April 1, 2022, for the purpose of cutting down on the usage of plastic products, we will provide some amenities (toothbrush set, hairbrush, and shavers) only by request of customers at the front desk.
Please note that the hotel provides a room key for each registered guest.
Smoking room on the first floor is not available. There is a designated area outside the property.
【Parking】
Guests staying at the hotel can use the parking lot for ¥1,800 per night (from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day). Entry and exit are allowed during this period.
Mechanical parking: 28 spaces
Flat parking: 3 spaces
Mechanical parking size limits: Length 5.30m, Width 2.05m / Height 1.55m (standard vehicles), 2.00m (high-roof vehicles)
The number of available spaces varies depending on vehicle height. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions cannot be accommodated. Parking reservations are not accepted. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the hotel parking lot is full, we will guide you to an external parking facility. Please note that external parking fees may differ.
City accommodation tax will be enforced from December 1, 2023 and will be collected upon check-in. The accommodation tax rate per person per night is as follows:

In Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for room rates of JPY 19,999 and under per night, and tax of JPY 500 will be charged for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over per night.

In Fukuoka Prefecture excluding Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for all room rates.
