We wish to inform you that Hotel MyStays Premier Sapporo Park will revise its parking fees effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
We will continue striving to maintain and improve our services to ensure your continued comfort and peace of mind.

■Revised Details Usable Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day
■Fee: New Rate: JPY 1,800 per night (Previous Rate: JPY 1,500 per night)

We would like to inform you that an accommodation tax is scheduled to be introduced in Hokkaido and Sapporo City starting with stays on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

The accommodation rates listed on the website do not include the “Accommodation Tax.”
Please pay at the front desk upon check-in.

Accommodation Tax (Per Person Per Night)
Under JPY 20,000: JPY 300 (Hokkaido: JPY 100 / Sapporo City: JPY 200)
JPY 20,000 or more to under JPY 50,000: JPY 400 (Hokkaido: JPY 200 / Sapporo City: JPY 200)
JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000 (Hokkaido: JPY 500 / Sapporo City: JPY 500)

※Accommodation fees refer to the “basic room rate” which includes service charges but excludes meal costs and consumption tax.
※Even for reservations made before April 1, 2026, the lodging tax will apply to stays occurring on or after April 1.

If the room rate is JPY 8,000 or more and less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500

•Shimukkapu Village
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Rusutsu Village
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Otaru City / Asahikawa City / Kushiro City / Obihiro City / Kitami City / Abashiri City / Otofuke Town / Koshimizu Town
Flat rate: JPY 200

•Kutchan Town
Flat rate: 3% (The 3% includes the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax)

As public baths are conducted in the nude, participants are reminded to remove all clothing, including towels and swimsuits, before entering the public bath.
Bath tax: JPY 150 per person, to be collected at the hotel. Children under 11 years old are exempt. Guests aged 12 years and above will be charged JPY 150.

Children Policy

Children 0-6 years old stay for free using existing bedding with 1 adult.
Children 7 years and over are considered as adults and are required to use a sofa bed when 3 or more persons staying in a room.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
Starting April 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax and the Municipal Accommodation Taxes at the revised rates directly to the property at the time of check-in. The taxes are charged on a per person, per night basis, calculated from the room rate as follows:

If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Sapporo City
If the room rate is less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Hakodate City
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more and less than JPY 100,000: JPY 500
If the room rate is JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 2,000

•Furano City
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 300

If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200

The conditions of the housekeeping service vary depending on the length of stay. Please contact the property for more information.
The mix bathing of male and female guests over 7 years old is prohibited.

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.

Notice Regarding Traffic Restrictions for the Hokkaido Marathon
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park.
The Hokkaido Marathon 2026 and Hamanasu Wheelchair Marathon will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Due to these events, traffic restrictions will be implemented around the marathon course and in the vicinity of the hotel. Traffic congestion is expected during the event and restriction hours. We kindly ask you to check the restriction information in advance when arriving at or departing from the hotel.We kindly request your cooperation:
Congestion is expected around the marathon course during the event. Please avoid driving into central Sapporo whenever possible and use public transportation.
Vehicles, including bicycles, will be prohibited from traveling on the course and surrounding roads for an extended period. Please follow the detour signs and instructions from traffic-control personnel.
Please do not park or stop in areas where parking or stopping is prohibited, on the course, or on roads near the course. Vehicles may be towed or relocated.During the race, vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians will not be permitted to travel along, cross, or pass through the marathon course.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Minami 7-jo Bridge (near the hotel): Approximately 7:50 a.m.–10:40 a.m.
