Please be informed that, starting from stays on or after April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be introduced by Hokkaido Prefecture and Sapporo City.
The room rates shown on our website do not include this accommodation tax. The tax will be collected at the front desk upon check-in.

Accommodation Tax (per person, per night):
For room rates under 20,000 JPY: 300 JPY (Hokkaido: 100 JPY / Sapporo City: 200 JPY)
For room rates between 20,000 JPY and 49,999 JPY: 400 JPY (Hokkaido: 200 JPY / Sapporo City: 200 JPY)
For room rates 50,000 JPY and above: 1,000 JPY (Hokkaido: 500 JPY / Sapporo City: 500 JPY)
Please note:
The accommodation tax applies to the room rate only (excluding meals and consumption tax, but including service charges).
