The staff were very friendly and helped with the automated check in. There are lots of extras provided including a free soft drink every day, choice of extra pillows and donuts. The rooms are very small for two people but there is a big tv and a small lounge and fridge. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

We liked that it was close to Nagano Station and that we didn’t hear any traffic noise despite it being close to transportation hub. Staff was friendly and hotel room was clean. Will stay there again.

Lokasinya nyaman, dekat dengan stasiun. Ini mungkin terdengar kasar, tapi ternyata kamar tamunya bersih. Berkat kerja staf kebersihan, saya mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang nyaman. Saya memiliki paket setengah papan dan saya senang memilih hotel ini hanya karena saya bisa makan semangkuk seafood untuk makan malam di restoran sushi di lantai dua. Untuk sarapan, sebagian besar terdiri dari makanan ringan seperti roti dan salad, yang cukup untuk orang yang nafsu makannya kecil, tetapi mungkin tidak cocok untuk orang yang ingin makan besar di pagi hari. Saya bisa membawa sarapan ke kamar saya jadi saya bersyukur tidak perlu khawatir betapa ramainya ruangan itu.

Lokasinya strategis karena dekat dengan stasiun kereta api dan banyak toko di dekatnya! Sarapannya prasmanan makanan Barat, tapi menurut saya akan lebih baik jika memiliki semua makanan Barat daripada hanya makan sedikit makanan Jepang dan Barat. Kamar mandinya baru dan nyaman dengan AC individu. Namun, fakta bahwa tempat tidur hanya 110 cm adalah negatif bagi saya. Jadi, jika Anda menganggap hotel bisnis hanya sebagai tempat tidur, menurut saya secara keseluruhan cukup bagus.

Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun. Hotel ini direnovasi. Peralatan sangat baru. TVnya sangat besar. Lebih murah memesan sarapan di hotel daripada membelinya pada hari itu. Koin emas akan diberikan sesuai dengan jumlah hari menginap yang dapat dimasukkan ke dalam mesin minuman hotel untuk mendapatkan sebotol minuman gratis. Sarapannya sederhana dan enak.

Biasanya saya tidur di hotel tanpa bantal karena leher dan bahu saya sakit jika tidak memiliki bantal yang rendah, tetapi di hotel ini saya bisa memilih bantal sendiri dan tidur malam yang nyaman. Meskipun hari Sabtu bantal sudah habis sekitar jam 7 jadi jika Anda ingin menginap, kami sarankan untuk check-in lebih awal.
