As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Children under 6 years old will be free when using existing bed with parent.
Front desk service is available from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is self-service. Accommodation tax is to be paid on-site. We kindly remind you that there is a nightly accommodation tax of 200 Japanese yen per person. This tax is required by the city of Kyoto and is not included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you settle this tax at the front desk during your check-in.
Rental bicycle is available at 1,100 JPY per day per person.

This is a double "eco" plan that is friendly to the environment and your wallet if you are staying for consecutive nights. This is a great discount plan.During your stay
◆We do not exchange amenities such as sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, pajamas, toothbrushes, razors, etc., nor do we exchange face towels, bath towels, or bath mats.
◆Rooms and bathrooms will not be cleaned or made up and will be left as they were when you left.
◆If you would like to have your room cleaned and face towels, bath towels, and bath mats replaced during your stay, we will do so for a fee.
◆We will replenish amenities as needed. (Charged).
