We had a great stay here. Our favorite things were the massage chairs and terrace area (it has an outdoor garden area and bird sounds, so it’s very calming). All of the staff were very nice and accommodating and plenty of the staff speaks English, if you need that. As for the restaurants, we only tried the French one and the food was A+ (I recommend the beef or duck.) They also have a Japanese restaurant that looked amazing, but we didn’t have time to try it. If in Tokyo, I would definitely stay here again. Con: None

The property is beautiful! They go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. Just staying in the hotel and using all the amenities is like a little vacation. The staff is so helpful and friendly, everything is immaculate, secure and safe. If I really had anything I could complain about, it would be that they only have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the whole hotel. If you need to do laundry I suggest not waiting till the last minute. Besides having to wait due to so many people trying to use them, the dryers took almost 2 hours for one load to fully dry. But everything else is so amazing that it wasn’t even really upsetting…. Just gives you time to relax in the different areas they have…. A definite great experience!
