The facility itself was decent and clean compared to other hostels in the area, and the staff were very friendly. However, there are also a lot of strange and drunken guys staying there. Unfortunately, security is a bit low, and there is no supervision on who comes in. The main gate to the building is open 24/7, and anyone can access the dormitories. On the plus side, they have a very nice japanese style path and onsen for relaxation. It would have been safer and more relaxing if they had only female dorms for solo female travelers.

I reserved a private room instead of staying in the dorm. Overall, i had a great time. The hotel is tastefully designed and has a good layout. The personnel is friendly, and the service is excellent. The setting is excellent. The hotel offers a variety of useful amenities, including a lovely public bath that includes a private bathroom with many amenities if you reserve your own room, free use of the washing machines, vending machines, microwave, and kettle. Excellent value for the money. The only thing we couldnt open the window on the seventh floor was that. The room felt a little isolated because the window is completely opaque. Additionally, the air conditionings temperature was easily adjustable.

I stayed here for a week in February and I would likely stay here again - just knowing that the breakfast that is supposed to be included is a stack of Starbucks cards, $1,000 yen for each night you're staying. The shared dorm featured guests of all ages, not just the college/party aged crowd, and there was a mix of foreign tourists as well as locals in the 6-bunk landing where my top bunk was. Laundry worked well - make sure to bring your own detergent, there is none available in the laundry area that I saw. There are very few trashcans, and it's sometimes confusing, looking at some personal possessions on the shelves, if departed guests just left that behind (which turned out to be the case) or if it's someone waiting to pack them and storing them there for a bit. Bring your own hanger, just in case. Next time I would buy a "cabin" style bunk, as it would allow me to store my suitcase in the little walking side area near the sleeping bunk, and they get a little mini-shelf under the cabin for storing something like shoes or a small bag, too. The lockers are TINY. Not big enough for a laptop - barely big enough for a small purse and your phone to be tucked away safely when you take a shower. Shared bath (separated by gender) is really nice - great toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles by each shower faucet) and great water pressure. Soaking bath divine. Bath and face towel rentals available through the front desk. Bring your own slide sandals/shower shoes.

The room is much nicer in person than in the photos. It is spacious for a solo traveler with a lot of luggage. The bed is comfortable, clean, and fresh. The toiletries in the comfort room surprised me, they are all of the highest quality. The hotel is a few blocks from the train station and restaurants. It is centrally located in asakusa, tokyo, Japan, walking late at night is also a pleasure, the neighborhood is safe, but the only downside is that the walls are too thin that you can hear other rooms. But the price is really cheap. Its worth it. I dont have a photo of the room to show how spacious it is because of my things! Sorry!.

I stayed at the hotel after it reopened on october 30th. It was a great experience with a good location, a beautiful place, and good value. Tokyo metro yellow line asakusa station, walkable to sensoji temple. The first floor is the lobby. There is a vending machine. The bath tub, washing machine, and small kitchen with kettle and microwave are all on the second floor. For those who stay in capsules or single cabins, the second floor spa is where you can shower, no closed door shower room. I was nervous at first but after trying the bathroom, it was a pleasant experience. Hot bath was perfect for a long day of walking. 3-4 floors are dormitary style. The rest are private rooms with private showers. I stayed in a single cabin. Under the cabin, you can store your luggage (mine is 24 inches long. It had more space than i expected. It could store more bags.

Pengalaman pertama menginap di sini. Lokasinya dekat dengan pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah di kawasan wisata Asakusa dan di sebelahnya terdapat sungai Sumida, sangat nyaman untuk jogging di pagi hari. Kecepatan dan kualitas internet sangat baik, mesin cuci dan pengering, serta mesin penjual otomatis di lantai bawah. Namun, kekurangannya adalah liftnya hanya ada satu, agak lambat, dan mandinya di lantai lain, jadi agak merepotkan. Yang paling saya pedulikan adalah tidak ada kamar mandi terpisah untuk individu, ini adalah pemandian umum! Ini mungkin hubungan baru dan terletak di Kuil Sensoji dan Skytree, sehingga harganya relatif lebih mahal dibandingkan kapsul lainnya.
