[About Eco Cleaning] v As part of our new environmentally friendly initiatives, for consecutive stays, room cleaning will be "eco cleaning" (towel and bath mat replacement, and garbage collection only).
However, based on public health center guidance, a full cleaning will be performed once every four days for hygiene reasons. ■ Towel sets (bath and face towels/one set per night) are provided free of charge.
■ If you would like an additional full cleaning, please inform the front desk by 23:00 the day before.
Full cleaning includes: room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and sheet replacement.
The additional full cleaning fee is 800 yen per time, payable on site.

[About Smoking]
■ All rooms in this facility are non-smoking. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for smoking rooms at the time of reservation.

[About Pets]
■ Regardless of the type or size of animal, pets are not allowed to stay at our hotel or be brought onto the premises (including inside vehicles, etc.).
