As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates. The accommodation tax is already fully included in the total price you see when booking. Therefore, you will not be asked to pay this tax separately at check-in or check-out, even after the new rates take effect in March 2026. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
One child up to 5 years old stays free of charge when sharing a bed with one adult. Children who occupy a bed or require standard amenities should be booked as adults.
Please note that this property is a full non-smoking property, so smoking-related special requests cannot be honored.
