Every time i travel to ueno, i stay here. The service is excellent. The alley next to it has a lot of eateries, and ordering is quite convenient. A dutyfree shop is 500 meters away at the shopping center. The shopping experience is rather enjoyable.

The hotel has stairs in front of the entrance to the main reception area, making it inconvenient to enter the hotel if you have large luggage. The staff provides decent service. The rooms are old and quite yellowish. We stayed in a room with two beds. Curtains are very close to the head position, making it difficult to sleep when the sun rises as the sunlight will shine directly into your eyes. Pillows are also difficult to sleep on. If you need to throw away any bulky items, such as new luggage, you have to pay a 4000 yen fee, which is quite expensive. The only good thing about the hotel, in my opinion, is its location. It is very close to the ueno jr line and keisei ueno station, which connects to the ginsza and hibiya lines. However, there are other hotels nearby that can also fulfill the same purpose.

The location is excellent, its close to the exit of the public train station. The rooms are immaculate and immaculate. The staff is incredibly kind and eager to assist. The only drawback is the absence of a slopeway entrance, which may pose a challenge when entering the lobby.

Kamar yang kami check in berbeda dengan kamar teman saya yang satu kamar dan sirkulasinya cukup sempit sehingga lumayan. Namun, saat saya check in lagi di hari keempat, seekor kecoa besar jatuh saat saya membuka tirai dan membuatku takut setengah mati!!! Karena kami baru masuk hampir jam 11 malam, semua barang kami dikeluarkan dan ditaruh di tempat tidur dan teman-teman saya juga sedang mandi. Saya malu untuk meminta ganti kamar. Jadi saya harus menanggungnya sepanjang malam dan tidak berani tidur.

Saya menggunakannya dalam perjalanan keluarga. Di pintu masuk terdapat beberapa tangga, sehingga kereta dorong bayi dan kursi roda tidak dapat naik tanpa melipatnya. Kamarnya tidak terlalu besar, namun bersih dan tenang mengingat lokasinya relatif dekat dengan stasiun. Penerimaan sangat sopan dan sangat membantu untuk dapat menyimpan barang bawaan saya bahkan setelah check-out. Sarapan adalah gaya prasmanan di bistro di lantai 1 jalan. Hidangan utama hanya datang dengan hamburger untuk setiap orang, dan rasanya sangat enak dan sangat lezat. Anak-anak juga makan enak di pagi hari.
