駅から10分以内、運河にも近く便利。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえた上、チェックイン時には既に部屋まで荷物を運んでおいてくれていた。おすすめしてくれたお寿司屋さんにも大満足。チェックアウトも１１時でゆっくりできた。近くにファミマもあって便利。

２階の製氷機、紙コップに入れるのですが。氷の勢いに紙コップが負けてしまい、紙コップ２個を重ねて入れるようになりました。ちょっと、もったいないかな。その他は、とっても良かったです。外国人スタッフさんを含め、スタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしかったです。安心して、ゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。歩き疲れてしまい、大浴場を利用出来ず。次回は是非、利用したいです。近々、また行きたいなあ。ホテルは便利な場所ですし、家族や友人にもオススメしたいと思います。新千歳空港からの空港バスで行きましたが、大型バスに乗客２名の貸切状態でした。空港バス開始後１年も経たないのに、心配です。ホテルから空港バスの利用を呼びかけると、ホテル＆空港バスもお客さんが増えるのではないかしら。

It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. There are only 2 washing machine/laundry though, so if you forgot to take the laundry out, they normally put out a card on the machine to tell you get it from the reception.

완전 깨끗한 객실, 친절한 직원들, 한국어를 할 수 있는 직원도 있어요. 주차비는 하루 1,100엔 별도입니다. 주변 주차장 이용하면 1,000엔 이하도 가능해요. 주차타워에 주차해서 빼고 넣기 힘들어요. 자주 출차할 경우에는 밖에 주차하세요. 4인실은 2층침대가 있습니다. 룸 컨디션 매우 좋고 대욕장도 좋습니다. 다만, 호텔 와이파이는 많이 느려요.
