The hotel is in a beautiful location, standing on its own in the mountains, surrounded by thickly wooded slopes and overlooking a river. We only spent one night there, but there are lots of walks you can do in the nearby countryside. Inside, the rooms are very large, clean and reasonably well equipped, although the corridors leading to them could do with a makeover. The food in the restaurant, dinner and breakfast, is very good, and the waiter who served us was absolutely charming. Suffice it to say that I would very much like to go back there for a longer visit.
