【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

・The maximum number of extra beds permitted in a room is 1. Extra bed is available at an additional charge of JPY 12,000 per adult per night and will be collected directly at the property.
・Any type of extra bed or baby crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Our baby crib is for a child who is up to 23 months.
・One child under 12 years old stays for free if using existing bedding.
・Children 13 years and over are considered as adults.
・When booking more than 10 rooms, please contact hotel directly.
・According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.


Guests with children aged 6 to 12 accessing the Club Lounge will be charged JPY 9,000 per child, per night.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities where the tattoo might be visible to other guests.

Children under 16 years old cannot enter the fitness gym and the sauna. Children under 16 years old can access the swimming pool and the bathing area from 9:00-17:00 only when accompanied by adult(s).

Rate does not include meals for children, who are staying free of charge in existing beds. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
