I went on a weekend vacation with my two friends and was blown away by how cheap the hotel was for how clean and spacious the room was! The pros include a private bath that is available for an additional charge. Two public baths with room service massages are available. Very nice lounge on the first floor with a great view of the river. The downside is that the private bath does not have a shower, the reservation site said there was a private shower in the room but there was no information that all the massage therapists were going to be male, which made me feel uncomfortable.

My daughter and I stayed three nights in aizuwakamatsu and the first night was spent here. There are many different boxspring baths and the staff is very nice and friendly. We didn't have dinner but the breakfast buffet was very nice. You can also use the baths in the sister hotel, but we didn't have time.

Upon entering, the concierge helped us take a seat and provided us with a towel, tea, sake, and room inspection in the finest hotelier manner. The hallmarks of a good hotel are the details that they perceive immediately but are hidden. When we walked in the door, the staff knew our name while we entered the restaurant. The staff knew our name. No breakfast coupons. Seamless service. The hallway and hall lighting was purposely dark with false lantern lighting. The dark mystery that lurks in the halls trumped the more recent improvements. The rooms have been furnished with fresh tatami that smells beguiling and could overwhelm guests in the morning using the fan. Futons were set out at night and left out again in the morning while guests ate breakfast at dinner. The rooms were large, with a bathroom, toilet, bedroom, and living area. Aizuwakamatsu supper was always a treat that was well worth the hotel price alone, and awardwinning brews were sold in a sake shop directly across the road at outrageously reasonable prices. The outdoor setting was preferable. We were invited to wear housescoats for breakfast and supper, and to take a bath. This hotel is completely self-contained, but it is not intended to involve the surrounding areas sit back, unwind, eat, drink, and enjoy yourself in the pool

We booked this Roman based on all the positive reviews and we have been satisfied. The place has a four-person pool and WiFi. The staff are very friendly. We enjoy a delicious meal that consists mainly of local delicacies. Will definitely come back. We learn that the former Roman is now located in Oaken in Aizuwakamatsu.

I had a great first trip so I went back with friends. A total of 11 different baths are available, including several wonderful mineral baths. The sisterhotel's sister hotel is located on the river. It is not the marble bath in the 100-year-old bath, so be sure to take it the following morning if the bath curtain is on the right side at the bottom of the stairwell. You won't have time to experience all the different baths if you have a short visit package. Great coffee juice and a free little drink bar in the library area. We were unable to eat dinner in our apartment because I enjoyed the classy atmosphere of the dining area. Nice tables close to others. Comparable sake flights. They serve regional favorites with a healthy twist, with fantastic regional beef. Our room was a two-bedfuton suite with an additional traymason room and a sitting area overlooking the river. I'll look forward to my next peace and quiet here!.
