Awesome close and intimate hotel. The hotel owner was super nice and the hotel was super clean and spacious. Definitely the best hotel we stayed at in Japan!

고즈넉하고 좋습니다. 중심가와 약간 거리가 있으나 교토의 분위기를 즐기기엔 아주 좋습니다. 일본스러운 핫텁이 있고, 작은 자연의 풍경도 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다.

非常舒適乾淨，房間裝修和窗外景色都很滿意，空間亦很大很舒適，附近亦有美麗河景、Cafe、小店餐廳。老闆很友善，回覆速度很好。建議可增設洗衣機。再去京都也會再預約，絕對會推薦給朋友。

事前にチェックインについて確認があり、時間外の入り方を案内いただきました。結局当日早く到着しましたが心地よい対応で各種丁寧に説明いただきました。部屋も広くバストイレ別で使いやすいです。テレビはありませんが、簡易キッチンとベッドも広くとても静かで快適でした。また泊まりにきたいです。

Kyoto is a very peaceful place and Hatsune Hotel embodies the same spirit. Quiet and clean, the hotel is right along a little river and my room had a great view looking east toward the mountains with a Buddhist temple in view. Kevin at the front desk is very kind, happy and helpful!

Location was in a secure neighborhood away from noisy bars and restaurants. About 10-20 minute walk to most attractions and shopping centers. The home was clean and private with a nice view of Kyoto since I was in the top floor.

It was nice to come here after the bustle of tokyo because it was along the river in a very quiet neighborhood. They were very kind, they helped me get mosquito repellent. We were given a lower floor with a view of a small garden. The rooms were big enough for us.

Every time we returned to kyoto, we would return to hatsune! Kevin is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make your life easier. He booked us an early taxi and provided us with key recommendations for restaurants around the guesthouse. The location is ideal. 15 minutes walk from kyoto station, pontocho, and the gion district. Two blocks from the guesthouse is event a 24/7 wellequipped minimarket. The rooms are a little small, but thats normal in japan! Super clean, cozy, and quiet. We stayed in room 303, which included our own tatami floors and tea room! Bonus feature for those who want to immerse themselves in local practices is that there is an onsen (public bathhouse) right in the corner of the guesthouse. For y 540, you can take a relaxing hot bath and meet some patrons.

The house has a very japanese and lovely style. Then the boss is chinese and can communicate in chinese. He can help solve problems when you encounter super good! The 205 bus near the bandb is also very easy to use. You can reach the lively streets within 1.5 km.

The location is close to the bus station, laundromat, and convenience store. The room was nice and clean, quiet at night. The owner is very considerate and willing to help. Situated along a small river.
