According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Children under elementary school age can stay for free as a using existing beds (Bedding, meals and towels are not provided.)
There will be no amenities for children using existing beds. Additional amenities will be subject to additional charges.
Additional meals and towels for children using existing beds will be subject to additional charges.
If you need a bed, please book as an "adult".

The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date.
Room cleaning: We do NOT clean your room for going green if you stay for 4 nights or less.
Only we collect trash and we change towels every day instead.
*In the case of 5 nights or more, we clean your room on a particular date for free.
If you need room cleaning service besides a particular date, it is available for a charge.
Please ask front desk staff on the previous day.
