Children under 12 years of age may stay for free when sharing a bed with a parent or guardian. For groups of three, an extra bed and/or breakfast charges will apply to the additional guest. Guests aged 13 and older are considered adults and must be included in the total number of guests as additional adults when making a reservation.
Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:30 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Starting 1 June 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The restaurants around the area are limited and may close early in the evening. Dining options may be difficult to find after 08:00 PM.
