This hotel was chosen because it was overcrowded, so we were relocated. Even though we had been charged for an I room, we were given an I room. The room was cramped, smelled bad, and there was nowhere to put clothes. The bed was sordid and the bedsheet was too grimy. Although the shower area can be used anytime, the shared bath was tiny and only used for a limited amount of time. The communal restrooms were spotless at the end of the corridor. The motel is out of the way, making it an easy walk to restaurants in the cold. It appears that the proprietors could do everything they could to keep guests satisfied because they spoke English. The hotel cost was only slightly less than the one we had stayed at, but the quality and location were significant differences, like chalk and cheese.

The accommodation offers a unique position in a unique and lovely location. In addition, the staff and the environment are very familiar. Finally, the location of the zoo starts offers the possibility of fun all seasons.

During my visit to the mountains I stayed here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an English speaking staff and they are very pleasant to chat with.

I had great time in this ski country, especially in lodge stolen. Because of how charming and peaceful it is, with very few westerners, some of the people I encountered at it zoo asked me not to suggest this location. But I can not uphold that promise. Particularly bryan and charlie, the japanese day to day workers and seasonal workers, the service is second to none. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, so a special thanks to the kids for their nightly apple sherbet desserts! The lodge stole's cuisine is simply delicious, and it is prepared morning and evening by Madame, the yo and yo's, she is really fantastic! Our 10-day japanese vacation was fantastic. The mountain is a short walk away and great for the kids to learn on. The kids loved it because we have a yo and yo, and the mountain is a short walk away and ideal for kids to learn on and mothers dad has some excellent powder runs. I don't disagree with this place because the initial hot baths are so peaceful, and we looked forward to that at the conclusion of each large ski day, which was every day. Ask the staff for directions, as it is difficult to find on labyrinth street. The lodge has all the amenities one might possibly need,

It was a wonderful week at this family-run ski lodge. The food was superb home-cooked fusion of western and Japanese dishes. It was always delicious and plentiful. The staff is friendly and always very helpful. The location is good with a short walk to the slopes. Our room was clean and comfortable. This lodge is very good value for money and deserves a high recommendation.

Well located. Not on the slopes but a small walk. Older style lodge with character. Very friendly owners and staff (have run the lodge for 45 years). Great to stay in a property that has history and feels Japanese (rather than a spartan modern hotel). Make a great bowl of Udon noodles. The bunk beds are solid as rocks made of wood and are very spacious and comfortable. Best view in the world of the slopes from your bed.
