The parents and kids adore it. And then, the kids and parents adorn it as much. After that, they only accept cash, so make sure you have cash on hand before you leave. Subsequently, there are many varieties of bowls available. Thereafter, great ramen bowl.

The most authentic and delicious homecooked japanese food you will ever taste in the texas, el paso area. Think of your grandmothers cooking. Then think of eating it in japinese cuisine. Matsuharu has it for you.

I visited this restaurant to discover that it is a hidden local treasure! The waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. Although it takes some time for the food to arrive at the table, it makes up for it. Its tad expensive, but you get surprisingly good food with varying amounts. I highly recommend trying the chicken katsu shown below.

Ive been wanting to eat at this place for a long time. The place did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 for customer service. There were only two people running the dining room, the register, and the expediting. From seating us to getting our drinks about 5 minutes passed. I had many questions for our server and he explained everything i needed to know with patience. He made suggestions which were very good. Always checked on us without being pushy. We were there only an hour before closing too. Food was delicious, we were also there just an hours before closure. Small and not fancy, but that kind of added to the dive aesthetic. As long as it is open, this will be my goto Japanese spot. Nothing bad to say about the place. Highly recommended.

I will definitely be back. This was our first time ordering katsu chicken curry, and it was delicious. Everything we ordered was served hot, the service was excellent, plus they had a lot of variety.

We had the black garlic oil ramen here with my kiddo and it was amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and the wait was not too long. I am glad we got there before it became very busy. We will definitely come back because its so close to our apartment.

My girlfriend and i really enjoy ramen and have had a hard time finding anything good near home. All the good spots seemed to be reserved on the west side or the far east side. But not only is this place good and close to home, but it has dethroned our previous favorite at silver lake riben in that regard and become our favorite spot. The service is great, the food is delicious and the pricing is very fair, especially given the great taste to everything.

We decided to break our tradition of ordering pizza for japanese food on pizza night because we were all craving it. We chose matsuharu and honestly it was a great experience. Its located in tavern, and the interior decorations were cute. The seating was mixed but there was enough, in my opinion. They had cv with some studio ghibli movies going on which was great. I will say they didnt have any beer or alcohol, but they do offer byob they said so something to remember for the next time. Edamame was an appetizer that we had. Some werent as fresh as the others, however, we ate everything. My youngest was very excited that they had onigiri and asked for phm one. He wasnt the biggest fan, yet he is eager to go back and try the other two flavors bonito flakes and salmon. Our bill came out to about est$70 for just drinks and food. Although they are on the expensive side, maybe thats what they need to mark up their plates for this area, though i dont necessarily agree that it paid that much. Overall, the service was extremely chaotic and ive really felt for our server. She was the only waiter in the restaurant and all the tables were full. Just because she was busy with all of the different tables, when we left, everyone was waiting for

I stayed here with my dad and brought him here for an early fathers day dinner. The staff was very attentive, served quickly, and the hostess girls were very sweet. Very good prices with appetizers and just come early the food is worth the wait my father loves curry and gyoza. Loved it here and will be back.

The rice balls were absolutely delicious! I ordered my favorite flavor bonito, also known as okaka or okka. The hostess was also very sweet and the atmosphere was romantic with the light lanterns. I hope to go on a first date here soon! Thank you for being open.

I highly recommend this restaurant. This restaurant in el paso is one of my favorite places to eat. The food quality is very authentic and every bowl of ramen feels like it was made with love! Its definitely a feel good rooster! If you love marmalade this is the best place, hands down! They now accept cash and credit cards and come with tens of hours! Matsuharu please keep doing what you are doing!.

I appreciate the food and the price, the friendly staff, and their effort to keep it simple and good. If i am correct, this is the only restaurant offering onigiri for 2.50 only. It was a long wait of about 40 minutes since ive placed my order. Perhaps they are experiencing restraining in personnel. I would give 5 stars if they could address the wait time.

If you are looking for an authentic japanese cuisine experience in the el paso area then look no further, the atmosphere is really nice and the food tastes great, sure the wait might be a bit long but thats because it is made on site, also i give u hints to call ahead to reserve seats so you dont have to wait.

On a friday in the middle of july, we visited. Without denying that it was one of the best japan restaurants in all of El Paso! The food was delicious and unquestionably one among the finest in alpaso.
