The hotel’s location and overall condition were decent. However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not. Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant. It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training.

We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10.

This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of wate rin front of us and skyline beyond- including the Tokyo Skytree. The bathroom was quite large with a powerful shower and soaking tub. We only ate one meal at this hotel's restaurants as the menus didn't work well with our food allergies, but it was a delicious breakfast. Our room was exceptionally quiet but the same cannot be said for the main floor where you check in and walk through to get to hotel room elevators- they had live music each evening, but it was very loud- another reason we never had drinks at the bar (just our preference). Every single staff person went above and beyond to answer questions and help us with our requests. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent stay! From the moment you step foot, the entire team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The view is excellent. If you prefer being a little away from the bustle of a large metropolis, this place is perfect for you. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, and have excellent shower pressure. The atmosphere is pleasant. Within a 10 to 40minute walk, you can easily stroll to ginza, the fish market, the pier, the Tokyo tower, and the garden. The closest subway stop is about a 7minute walk away, but it is managed by a different company than the rest of the tokyo subway. We had a day pass, so it wasnt worth it. The closest station is the u line, and it will take you to other stops where you can transfer, but be aware that you must purchase a new ticket for the other lines. The main subway lines are between a 10-15minute walk away. Taxis are simple! You can call one at the front desk, or you can use the go taxi app.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, from the lobby to rooms to the restaurant. Every staff member is helpful in a way that i have never experienced outside of japan. The location is in a mostly commercial office building area, but there is great access to the whole city. The hotel provides many inroom amenities to help relax after a long day exploring tokyo. I booked my room with a bonvoy points redemption and even got a complimentary upgraded room, so the cash value of this property is questionable. But it provided the most luxurious stay ive ever experienced in a hotel.
