According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Baby cot is available for free. Hotel only have a limited number of the items.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Children aged 7 and over are counted as adults.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Reception is open from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Up to 2 children under 6 years old stay free of charge
We ask guests to make the futons and sofa beds.
Daily cleaning involves replacing bath towels, face towels, and bath mats, in addition to vacuuming. During your stay, cleaning services will be provided every two days starting from the third day (excluding the check-in day). The bathroom and all areas except the kitchen will be cleaned, and the beds will be made. Should you need additional cleaning services (subject to an additional charge), kindly notify the front desk staff ahead of time.
