The most amazing staff, very descriptive and friendly check-in, and the absolute perfect location next to shopping and the train station! So close to Sensoji Temple too! After a long flight, this was exactly what we needed! Our families favourite hotel in Tokyo! Excellent luggage transfer to other hotels. We love Mimaru’s!

The best thing about this hotel is the staffs. The cleaning staffs have been super thorough and the front desk staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk staff who helped us with sending 5 luggages and late check-out today. She definitely made our transfer day a lot less stressful.

Perfect room for families, staff were so friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was great to get your own private Tokyo view! The area was great and we found it easy to navigate around Tokyo with our 8 and 5 year old. Laundry at the hotel and the luggage forwarding service were also a brilliant service.

Mimaru Tokyo Asakusa Station is ideally located, just a few minutes’ walk from Sensoji Temple,restaurants,shops and scenic parks with views of the Skytree. It’s also close to train stations. A FamilyMart is located right next to the hotel, with a 7-Eleven just across the street. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and well-suited for a family of four, featuring a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities such as pajamas and slippers are avaliable upon request. Laundry facilities are available on the second floor for a small fee.

I am so pleased to stay in Mimaru Tokyo Asakusa Station. The staff are so nice, friendly, accommodative and attentive. We stayed there for a total of nine nights. Hotel itself is at top quality: spacious, clean, good locations (close to pretty much everything), I don't think there's much more I can ask for. A special thanks to one of the travel partners, Moka. Thank you for playing with my son and cheered him up when he was not well and had to stay in the hotel for one whole day. He was so upset when we were at the last day of our stay. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly. Kitchen was well equipped with plates, utensils and cookware. Fridge was big enough and quiet. Room was spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Location is prime, familymart was right below the hotel and opened 24/7 with 7-11 right across the street. They spoke English and was so helpful with luggage service. Definitely recommend!
