I stayed here for one night, it is more of a serviced apartment than a hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. Did say, a city view which we definitely didn't have. Friendly staff. Pretty happy with the price we paid. The location is also ideal if you need to get to james airport.

This hotel was very close to the Metro Line Damon Station and or Line Hamamatsucho Station. It was about a 4 minute walk from the metro, but the hotel is on a smaller street, so it might be a bit hard to find if it's your first visit. Tokyo Tower and the Hands Airport are about a 10-minute walk away. I reserved a room with 3 beds, and the best part was that there was a washer and dryer right in my room. It seemed like an air-beach, but it was actually a hotel. I thought it was very unique that I checked in with a machine and opened the door to my room with a code rather than a card key. The reception staff was not very helpful because their English was limited. Make sure you don't check in to the hotel at those strange hours. Room service doesn't do everything because they are an eco-friendly hotel. The location is great because there are many bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a little tight for three people, but it was manageable and the price was great. They did have a large closet and a small foyer and there was a kitchen area with a decent-sized refrigerator. What I like about the bathroom and bathtub are separate. There is not much view but a tiny balcony. The beds are of twin sizes. I don't recommend sharing

Location was convenient on the way to hands. But there was no sign on the building so it was very hard to find the place. Automatic check-in so the donkey was automatically cancelled by 1000 with our luggage inside. There are nice little restaurants in the area.

At first I was a little concerned. Very rarely do I stay in a hotel with an average ta rating of just 3 dots usually I go for at least 4 dots. So, for the price, I think this property is a very good deal. The room was clean. I believe this is an apartment building converted into a hotel. It feels more like staying in your own private apartment with a keypad to access your room. The room is small, but we only needed the night to sleep for the next mornings flight to hands airport. Surprisingly, the room is very well equipped with a washerdryer, microwave, fridge and kitchen sink. All your room toiletries are available at the flyer lift landing. If I came back to stay longer in Tokyo, Id definitely think about this place again.
