Dai kuo dai station is about a sevenminute walk away from this place. The new hotel is immaculate. Its proximity to the railroad tracks is the sole drawback, and you can frequently hear trains passing by. Theres hardly any noise from trains, so the top floor is open, offering enchanting nighttime views.5.0/525 May 2023

Everything we needed was in our bedroom. On our second night, they gave us a new set of bottled water and even changed the sleeping clothes and towels. It was so quiet and clean. Although you may hear thumps from the hallway or the next room, it wasnt too much for us. The shower was also very nice. Namba parks and several train stations are close by. Best part is that we were allowed to leave our luggage before checkin and it was based on selfservice so we could do it even early morning of our check in day. Another thing is they were very helpful when we left some items in the room. They kept them for me and we can pick them up. application is also responsive. We had two great nights here. Best so far! We booked 2 rooms. 1 for 4 persons, and the other for 2 persons. I personally love the 4persons room.
It's spacious, comfy, has sofa ( morelike living room ), toilet are separate with bathroom. I'd like to stay there again if we travel for 4persons or more. Because the room for 2 persons are pretty small and hard to move around.4.8/58 Apr 2024

First of all, the rooms are fantastic, as a solo traveler it is incredibly spacious, i get my own bath and they have good air conditioning. For service, we received prompt service from the friendly staff at the front desk. I dont speak japanese, but there was this lady at reception who patiently helped me with resolving if ive had gotten tangled up with shipping my luggage to my next hotel. However, there are drawbacks to this hotel in general. The location gave me the impression that it was in the center of namba, not at all. And it lies quite frankly between daikokucho and shin imamiya, two closest stations. Having said that, you should be fine unless you can walk. Dotonburi is only 210 minutes walk away so you may experience the nightlife and then walk back? Why not? It gives you enough time to let the alcohol and calories go down. As far as hotels go, this is an excellent hotel, and considering its price point, its advisable to stay here.4.8/519 Mar 2024

I heartily endorse this hotel. One of the best hotels of this caliber ive ever been to. It is conveniently located and clean, just a 10minute stroll from the closest metro station. A convenience store is right outside the hotel as well. Scales for luggage can be found in the lobby. Every day, the rooms are cleaned. Given the standards, it is quite affordable. There are no hidden extras. The selfcheckin and self checkout process is really simple and quick.4.8/513 Sep 2023

We recently returned from a sevennight stay at the rise in osaka. We wanted to share our evaluation. The property is located in the naniwa district of okushima, just 3.5 minutes walk from the midoshoji line daikokucho station or the imamiyeabisu station on the Nankai-koya line, which is very convenient. It is extremely convenient that the sandy beachfront line will take you directly to amd from your okoyaba airport from this kix. Because the checkin process is completely automated and handled by tavern, you should schedule your arrival at or shortly after the official checking time (15.00 hours) because the process has been completely automatized through lt. This did not impact us because we typically make travel plans around checkink and checkout times as if we are doing so regularly. For those who have trouble checking in or having questions, there is staffed desk. They are also very helpful in showing customers how to store their luggage in one of the provided storage area in front of them. Our room was tidy, spacious by japanese standards, and had comfortable mattresses. One of our concerns was that it was close to mr. Yosujis rail line. Wifi is reliable. Some rooms can hear trains passing by, but thats not too bad because it isnt very frequent or loud, and it stops at night. Dont anticipate early checkin as they frequently dont have anyone at the front desk before 3 pm. Selfcheckout is used for check in and out. Staff are courteous and helpful. When i had mailed to the hotel, they informed me when it arrived. There was hardly ever smelling strongly of cologne in the lobby, which was occasionally overpowering. You can do laundry there, however, we chose to do it in resembling coin laundry, where everything is conveniently located and has all in one washerdryer machines. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value with clean and modern rooms. Although train stations are within walking distance for around 10 minutes, it is a pleasant stroll through clean neighborhoods.
