【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.effective from June 1,2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.

Breakfast is usually served as a buffet, but please note that in some cases it may be changed to a set menu.
Children under 12 years old can share a bed, and children over 13 years old will be considered as adults.

6 years old to 12 years old: 900 yen per person per night

In the case of reservations for nationwide travel support, the original of the identification card and the vaccination certificate after the third vaccination are required. Please note that if it is not applicable, the reservation cannot be changed and the reservation will be cancelled.
