I stayed at this hotel on points/sua as a globalist. Amazing service throughout my stay. There are many advantages and drawbacks. Please keep in mind that the property will undergo significant renovations after may 6, 2024, and it wont be reopened for 18 months. Staying in the lovely park suite, which has a dining table and chairs and a living room area all in the same room, with another center round table with sofas and sofa seats. Its really nice that japanese hotels also have a large selection of items they can offer you free. The suite was a large room with a living room and dining table. The bathroom was also huge, with a tub, wallmounted shower, a dysson hairdryer, and a lovely toto bidet. Breakfast was included for globalists and was excellent. The restaurant had excellent service and a great selection. Room service is where it shines. Every morning, they were professional and allowed us to order anything off the menu without even a bill to sign. The pool and fitness center were also very nice, and globalists also had access to their spa. I didnt spend much time there, but it had nice views of the city.

Lost in translation. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the main tourist attractions. The location is close to the airport, if you want to go to the airport, you can go to the airport.

Im looking forward to a new existence! Needless to say, lets recap our memories before the renovations begin. The aesthetics and details are still excellent. For a hotel that has been operating for 30 years, the amenities and furniture are nothing special. In may 2024, renovations will be made temporarily closed.

We stayed here in 2014 as a splurge at the end of a trip to japan. Service, amenities and attention were amazing. Worth every penny. Fast forward 5 years and we returned to japan for christmas 2019. When we arrived, someone met us outside, greeted us by name, and thanked us for coming back. We were blown away by the hospitality and genuineness of the staff. Our room was again stunning and our stay was incredibly memorable. An amazing experience that i recommend to anyone visiting to tokyo.

The best service ever! The rooms are spacious and perfect. The most elegant, original, and perfect design. From the rooms to the hallways and an amazing spa. Dont listen to anything negative anyone says, its the best if you want a unique hotel with an insanely elegant design and great service. Will never forget.

Tolong beritahu aku jika kalian enggak bisa membuatku menunggu atau apa pun. Ada cara lain tapi kalian harus menunggu selamanya. Aku sudah menggunakannya beberapa kali tapi rasanya berbeda dari sebelumnya (sisi negatifnya) Staf resepsi sangat baik. Taksi nyaman karena kalian dapat naik taksi dengan cepat. Shuttle bus juga nyaman jika waktunya tepat. Harap dicatat bahwa Lawson di ruang bawah tanah tutup pada jam 8 malam. Rupanya sedang direnovasi, tapi kran di kamar mandi sulit dipakai. Aku menantikannya setelah renovasi. Aku pasti akan menginap lagi disini.

Sudah 30 tahun sejak hotel ini dibuka dan pipa dan listrik sepertinya agak ketinggalan jaman, tetapi itu bukan masalah besar dan pada akhirnya saya merasa yang terpenting dari hotel ini adalah tanggapan dari staf. I suggest not staying from january to february because i believe that a lot of their maintenance occurs during these months. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The personnel were quite accommodating, and they frequently requested that we adhere to certain rules that were typical of japanese etiquette. The service was not unpleasant. The rooms are dated but comfortable. There are amenities and comfort. The cleaning crew shows a lot of care. Pro tips for guests. You can get a lot of amazing amenities if you book through amex. There is no need to place an additional order. The food is of high quality and service. The hotel hallways remind me of the old movie version of bruce lee. However, the cost of a new york bar and grill is not justified. Go there for lunch once, but i believe that many people would be happier eating gyukatsu. Everything you need is in the pool and gym area. However, it is unquestionably lacking when compared to some of the crazy rooftop infinity pools. But there is nothing to complain about because the facilities are free. I can see someone living here for a month without being unhappy. Checkin is simple, but i think the checkin process annoys the odd people? Why because the system is probably slow, but some people are indifferent and seem to freak out. My luggage was delivered right away.
