오사카 가족 여행으로 아주 만족했습니다 숙박시설 사이즈도 4명 숙박하기에도 좋고 시설도 청결하고 모든 시설에 만족합니다 오사카 역에서도 도보로 10분정도로 그리 멀지 않고 시설도 깨끗하고 청결하고 좋습니다 단, 화장실에서 냄새가 많이 납니다 방향제 설치를 해주시거나 화장실 청소시 탈취에 좀 신경써주셨으면 좋겠습니다 그리고 타월보충이 안되서 세탁실에서 세탁 후 사용하려고 했는데 세탁실에 세탁기가 2대 있는데 빨래 후 사람들이 찾아가질 않아서 결국은 세탁을 못했습니다 세탁 후 빨리 찾아가야한다는 문구 등을 세탁실에 표시했으면 좋겠습니다 전반적으로 아주 만족합니다

There is no staff on site so it is a self check in and check out service and they ask you to scan each guest passport and to take a photo. I understand the security reasons for it but it was a bit of a hassle after a long day of traveling. One other thing I was not fond about was the toilet and sink and shower were all separated and the sink was open to the bedroom. Other than that the the space is nice. The TV projector is cool and plenty wall outlet for charging electronics. I also wish the hotel offered umbrellas for borrowing.

Great property! Room is spacious for 4 people. Property looks new and updated recently. Coin laundry on site. Easy self-service check-in. Good location, about 15mins walk to Umeda Metro/JR Apple Maps may take you to the station after Umeda. Don't fall for it. Just exit Umeda station and it is a nice 15-20mins walk to property.

New building with some high tech amenities (ceiling mount projector; projector is not English friendly, not Apple friendly (for cast). But there is also a TV that works fine as well. Wash/Dryer single unit (no need to take out wet to dry). Open sink concept. Large space, quiet.

Not far from the main stations at JR Osaka. If coming from Kansai airport, highly recommend airport Limousine. Very close to Osaka sky building. Whisper quiet neighborhood, warm for night time sleep. Self check in is slightly tricky but check out is very simple. Would recommend this place for families, room size is very reasonable.

This is the ideal hotel for families with lots of children. The location is close to umeda station, which is convenient for transportation. There are washing machines and lockers available for use, and the service is decent. Good value for the number of beds.

Nice spacious rooms and a nice location. The main drawback is that there are no employees on duty. You have no one to help you or ask if you ever need it or need assistance. Selfcheckin and selfcheckout are done with machines, not manned by anyone.

今回家族4名でお世話なりました。 USJとサッカー観戦の2手に別れて行動した後ホテルで集合するといったスケジュールにしました。良かった点は静かな環境で新しく綺麗で清潔。広さも十分で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。プロジェクターも楽しめました。残念な点はレジャー後、夜になって駅から歩くには辛い距離だし場所が分かり辛い。明るいうちなら違ったかもしれませんが・・先に向かった組は駅から歩いたところ散々迷ってようやくたどり着いたとのことだったので、後組は大阪駅からタクシーを利用し千円程度ですんなり到着出来ました。私達は1泊で滞在時間も短かかったので問題ありませんでしたが、連泊するとしたら清掃が入り、タオル交換もしてもらえるホテルを選ぶかな。逆を言えばプライバシー、エコ、人材不足等の観点からすれば今の時代に合っていると言えますけど。総合的にはとても良かったです！
