盆期間前後に宿泊したが、安くても2泊で2万ほどを覚悟していたが、1万5千円もせず楽天の運営しているホテルということで安さと安心感があった。チェックイン時はタブレットで通話するが、他の人とタイミングが被ると聞き取りづらいかもしれない。部屋は狭いが、都内で浅草、スカイツリー、両国まで徒歩30分かからず行ける範囲で、レンタサイクルをするとすぐに着く。ただ、浅草は自転車で行くと自転車の置き場に困るため、基本は歩きが良い。特に最寄駅である、本所吾妻橋駅からは1本で羽田空港まだ行くことができるため、飛行機で旅行する際には良い。パジャマは日数分あったが、1枚腕のところに血の後のようなものがあり、少し気になった。また、そこらじゅうで洗面所の扉を開けて風呂に入らないように、入ると火災報知器が誤作動するとあったが、お風呂の換気扇は扇風機と間違えるほど音が大きく、換気してます！感が満載の換気扇なので、お湯を使いおわり熱気はものの数分で無くなってしまい、とても気持ちの良い風呂上がりになる。ちなみに、コーヒーマシンがあり、ウェルカムドリンクだそうです。確認をしました。朝の目覚めのコーヒーになりました。気になるところもあったが、この値段ならいいかと感じるレベル、徒歩で観光もでき、交通も便が良い為満足度が高い。

I enjoyed my stay here at Rakuten stay in the okaimono panda room. The only small issue i had was the ac would drip on me at night when i was sleeping. Everything else was really nice. Great area to stay in. I'll definitely book here in the future.

A chegada foi difícil, pois o auto check-in não é tão eficiente. Mas através do chat falei com Daniel que foi super prestativo, apesar de diversos contratempos. Decoração moderna e de bom gosto. Boa localização. Podendo ir a pé a Sky tree e ao templo Senso-ji. Se vc não precisa de um concierge presente na recepção, este é um hotel é uma excelente pedida.

Pirce is affodable, location is not that good. Its too noisy at morning time and easy to hear the room you lived behind. The good things are its new, enough spaces and use passworld lock.

細かいところの清掃は行き届いてないように感じましたが立地もよく満足しました。綺麗なコインランドリーのWASH&FOLD 東京ミズマチ店も近隣にあり便利でした。連泊しましたがタオルは日数分ありました。また利用したいと思います。

不推介。雖然離天空樹和淺草都挺近但是最近的地下鐵入口都是樓梯。登記入住需要的郵件沒有收到的話需要提前打電話找客服重發不然連酒店門口都進不去。因為是無人前台所以有任何問題需要自行打電話或經前台的平板聯絡客服（房間裡面沒有電話）。房間是電子鎖，出門的時候需要按一下才會上鎖。但是清潔人員打掃完房間並不會把門鎖上，即使需要密碼才能進入酒店但是基本上被打掃完的房間在房間主人回去之前都是誰都可以進去的狀態讓我感覺他們的安全措施很糟糕。

手洗い場の水が流れずたまる。横の壁には歯磨き粉が飛んだまま。お風呂の浴槽はお湯の位置でざらざらと汚れていて、湯船に浸かって手で触った時ゾッとした。ドアの蝶つがいの場所は蜘蛛の巣を張ったようにホコリだらけ。安くても最低限の掃除はして欲しい。 2度と泊まらない。

・ホテルに入るための番号を記したメールが来なかったのですぐに入れなかった・部屋が外人の体臭のような匂いで臭かった・シャワーのカーテンが無かった・冷蔵庫が壊れてて入れてたものは捨てることになった・部屋を変えてもらうのに5時間かかった。移った部屋は快適でした。無人にするにはサービス・対応が悪いので覚悟の上で予約してください。部屋を変えてもらう場合は早めに連絡するようにするといいと思います。
