This is the second time we have stayed here. The front desk staff is always willing to help. One of the staff called the city pool for me. Breakfast is very good and the staff are very friendly hard working. They take pride in what they do. Close to station, department stores and lots of dining choices.

It has a good location, close to train stations, about 10 minutes walk, and a lively area with restaurants. The rooms are small and not very clean. The furniture is worn but still functional.

I recently attended a conference at Toki University, Akagan, and Kanagawa Prefecture, all within 2 hours of Tokyo. This place is medium sized. I stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel, which is a medium sized hotel. This place was spacious, spotless, and cozy. Coffee making facilities are provided, and I always enjoy it on my travels. After a hard day of meetings, the shower gave me a nice hot jet of water. The bathrooms were spotless, as were almost all throughout Japan. We were hungry and dissatisfied when we arrived at 9 am after a lengthy flight and then a road trip because the restaurants close at 8 am on weekdays. However, there are many restaurants that are open until the late hours and are just a short distance outside the hotel. The hotel's Chinese restaurant served up some fresh, delicious food on the final day because the meeting concluded early. We made small portions because there were only 2 of us, and when they ordered small portions, they came very little! There were only 1 prawn and 2 scallops in the prawn scallop dish! So be advised, order large portions if you're hungry. Even though she quickly comprehended beer, the waitress didn't speak English. Overall, the rembrandt, atsui, was excellent.
