I was happy with our stay, easy to ride the train/ subway...felt safe when traveling later than normal. Want to specifically speak to the kindness, sweetness and hard working cleaning staff who do a lot behind the scenes (5 Stars). My husband and I had a really good experience here and I would stay here again.

このホテルは3回目の利用です。大阪で滞在するときは迷わず予約してます。朝食のビッフェは種類豊富で、座席が座りやすく落ち着いて食事ができます。部屋の清潔感やベットの寝ごごちは良いです。交通の便もいい。駐車場も借りやすい。困るのが、部屋で座る場所やテーブルがとにかく小さくて、パソコン作業でも１人はテーブルが使えても、もう1人はベット上で作業をするしかない。ランドリーは洗濯乾燥すると乾かずに湯気が洗濯物からでている状態で終了となります。総合てきにとても満足していてまた利用したいです。
