[Baby Cot]
Baby cots are available for a fee for children up to around 0–1 years old, or until they can stand while holding onto something.
*The number of baby cots is limited, and they may not be available in some rooms. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Breakfast (buffet) JPY 4,301 per person
Children aged 3–5 stay free when sharing an existing bed. Extra bedding and breakfast are not included. If required, please arrange and pay for these directly with the hotel.
For the late check-in, please contact the property in advance.
One child sharing a bed is allowed per one adult.
Please note that multi-currency is acceptable when you pay in credit card.
The swimming pool and gym are open from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 01:30 PM to 09:00 PM (Last entry on 07:00 PM).
Additional charges apply for the use of pool and gym facilities.

Facility Admission Fee:
Adults: JPY 3,300
Children (ages 3–12, indoor pool use only): JPY 1,650

*The indoor pool is available for children aged 3 and above. (Children under 3 years old and those wearing diapers are not permitted to use the indoor pool.)
*Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a guardian. One guardian is required for every two children.
*The fitness gym is available for guests aged 18 and above.
*The sauna bath is available for guests aged 13 and above.
*Indoor pool and fitness gym will be temporarily closed due to regular cleaning and facility maintenance.

Notice of Parking Fee Introduction
At RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto, the parking facilities that have been available free of charge until now will be changed to a paid service as outlined below.
【Effective Date】
From check-in on Wednesday, April 1, 2026
【Parking Fee for Guests】
JPY 2,000 per vehicle per night
Usage hours: 13:30 on the day of arrival to 11:30 on the following day
【Important Notes】
Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted.
The hotel assumes no responsibility for any accidents, theft, or damage occurring within the parking area.
Parking use is limited to the hours during which hotel facilities are available.
If the parking lot is full, nearby parking facilities will be introduced; however, usage fees will be borne by the guest.
