・Reservations for the shuttle bus are limited to guests who have completed their accommodation reservations.

・After making a reservation, if you need to change or cancel the shuttle bus time due to a change in the schedule, etc., please contact the hotel.

Starting 1 February 2027, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:  

【Accommodation Tax from 1 February 2027, onwards】 
For all room rates: 2% per person per night (tax amount capped at JPY 2,000) 

Additional conditions:  
Room rate is capped at JPY 100,000. 
If an accommodation tax is levied by the municipality in addition to the prefecture, it will be applied using the following tax rates: 

Prefectural tax: fixed rate of 0.8% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 800) 
Municipal tax: fixed rate of 1.2% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 1,200) 
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. 
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.  
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.  
Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.  
[Important] About guest room cleaning schedule
Cleaning will be provided once every four days starting from the check-in date.
Example: For guests checking in on April 1st for a 5-night stay
April 1 (Check-in) ・ April 2 (No cleaning) ・ April 3 (No cleaning) ・ April 4 (Cleaning day) ・ April 5 (No cleaning) ・ April 6 (Check-out)
・Cleaning day: If you do not leave the key, housekeeping staff will enter the room around 10:00AM
Other than cleaning days: Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes will be placed in a bag and placed on the doorknob.
Additional Jinbei will be given to you at the front desk.If cleaning is not required, please let us know by placing a "Please do not disturb" card on the outside of the door.
If you have any requests or changes to the cleaning date, please feel free to contact the front desk the day before.
