The hotel is quite clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I was really impressed with their service and helpful recommendations. They can communicate well in english, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is excellent, very close to shibuya station, making it easy to get around. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel is also popular with international travelers. However, there are a few drawbacks. The standard rooms are very small, leaving little to no space for luggage. Also, the bathroom has a clear glass wall without curtains, which may not be ideal if you are traveling with friends. Apart from that, everything was great, and i would definitely stay here again in the future.5.0/520 Jun 2025

Namun, seperti yang ditulis banyak orang dalam ulasan mereka, tingkatkan ke kamar yang lebih baik jika Anda memiliki kesempatan. Layanan kebersihan tersedia setiap hari (penghuni memilih dengan memasang tanda di pintu) dan layanan kebersihan masih cukup baik. Air, sabun, dan perlengkapan mandi diisi ulang setiap kali layanan kebersihan selesai. Pancuran sangat bagus. Sulit untuk mengatur panasnya, tetapi pancuran airnya lebih baik daripada yang saya miliki di rumah. The hotel is amazing! The room i stayed in was comfortable and had a nice bathroom, despite the entrance being a little rundown and could use a fresh coat of paint. Convenience stores are a minutes walk away in every direction, right outside of shibuya station near the sakura stage, hidden down a side road. The only drawback is that there is no selfservice laundry and the closest laundromat is about 500 m-1 km away. The laundry service is quite expensive. Otherwise, a decent shortterm hotel. The room was oversold due to golden week, which was not their responsibility, so we had smoking rooms. The shower is right over the bed, making for interesting times. The door is very unassuming and datken, so you wouldnt know it was a hotel if not for the matt in front of it. We had a great time and would come back. Its important to be realistic about room sizes because this is one of tokyos most popular neighborhoods, and all tokyo hotel rooms are small by western standards. We stayed 5 nights in late april, during golden week, and booked an upgraded deluxe room with a king bed. This was well worth it and i highly recommend paying extra for it as we had room for luggage, a great bathroom with a fullsize bathtub, and a shower with excellent water pressure. The location is fantastic for exploring. New south exit is the closest train station exit. Our room was on the sixth level. We were warned about construction noise at checkin and never heard a sound. It was one of the quietest hotels ive stayed in. Slept so well. The rooms are outdated and could use some maintenance and deep cleaning or carpets, but sheets, towels, and bathrooms were very clean and thats what matters most to us. They even provide pajamas and great toiletries. Free coffee in the foyer was also nice. We were so happy to sleep well!.5.0/511 Feb 2025

Resepsionis sangat ramah dan ketika saya mengatakan mereka tidak membersihkan kamar, mereka bertanya apakah ada handuk dan menggantungnya di depan pintu, yang sangat membantu. Handuknya sangat bersih. Kamarnya hangat dan air panasnya keluar dengan sangat baik. Yang terpenting tekanan airnya luar biasa. Lebih baik daripada shower di rumah. This is a kind of hybrid love hotel that can be booked for day use. That said, its a really good place to stay. The water pressure in the shower could strip the paint off a car, it was dirt cheap but after new walkways were built in sakura stage and the new south exit of the station opened it became one of the most convenient hotels in the city. I spent nine days at this hotel, and everything went well. Their single room was even smaller than i had anticipated, and there isnt even a closet, so you could easily run out of room. I would most certainly choose a larger room the next time. Except for some really nasty stains on the carpet, the room was mostly clean. However, their staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating, and the room has been cleaned daily. Of course, the hotels location is what you pay for. Scramble square is a maximum 8minute walk away, and there are 7eleven, familymart, lawson, and even a ministop within walking distance, a 7eleven, a familymart, lawson, and even a ministop within walking distance, a maximum of 3-5 minutes. Additionally, a nice supermarket and even a pharmacy are only two minutes away. The hotels location couldnt have been better. The location is fantastic. The service was consistently excellent. The room was small, but it met my expectations. I would stay again just because it was in the ideal location, just a 5minute drive to shibuya crossing, away from the chaos. Kami wisatawan asal Indonesia. Menginap 2 malam di sini. Kamarnya bersih dan sangat bagus, lokasi sangat strategis dekat dengan stasiun Shibuya, patung Hachiko dan Shibuya Crossing Scramble. Kami mendapat kamar di lantai Stafnya juga ramah dan berbicara bahasa Inggris. Semuanya cantik dan ganteng. Di sini juga bisa menitipkan barang dan koper. Saya salut dengan pintu lobinya, keren banget haha besar dan agak sulit untuk didorong, tapi itulah keunikannya Ada pengering rambut, pemanas air, cermin dan perlengkapan lainnya. Kamar juga dibersihkan setiap hari, meskipun kami tidak memintanya. Tempatnya strategis. Harganya juga bersaing. Saya dan suami merasa betah menginap 2 malam di sini.
