Important Notes Regarding Reservations
Holding tours, reselling, or any other activities meant for commercial use of reservations made through this system are not permitted. We may cancel your reservation if we find that it was made for these aforementioned purposes.
Meal-inclusive plans do not include meals for children sleeping in existing beds. Additional fees apply for children's meals if a guest book a mean-inclusive plan with children sleeping in the existing beds.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Reservations are required for the fitness center. Only people over the age of 18 can use it.
The name of the room sold as ‘Single Rooms’ has been changed to ‘Economy Single’.
The self-check-in/out machine (located in the East Tower lobby) is available to check in/out at the East Tower.

Precautions
The following items will not be accepted
1. Payments made by methods other than cashless payment (cash, etc.)
2. Coupons, subsidized coupons, accommodation vouchers, etc. issued by travel agencies
3. Multiple reservations for consecutive nights
4. When multiple rooms are reserved
5. When there is a discrepancy between the information entered on the reservation form and the information registered at the time of reservation
6. If you made a reservation for a plan that is not partially applicable

Self-check-in/out machines may not be available depending on the conditions of the day.
Also, if you have baggage or messages, an error receipt will be output. Please contact the nearest staff member.A separate accommodation tax (JPY 100-200) may be charged on the day of your stay.
*If you need to submit documents to use a campaign or coupon, please do so separately.
*You will need to enter your "name" and "phone number or reservation number" registered at the time of reservation.
*The "reservation number" is required when your phone number is not registered with a travel agency or other company.

【Changes in Installation of Amenities in Guest Room】
From the perspective of environmental conservation based on SDGs, our hotel will make the following changes to the installation of room amenities from April 1st, 2024.
Among the plastic products installed in the Guest Rooms, razors, hairbrush, cotton pads and cotton swabs will no longer be provided.
We will switch some of the products to biomass products and set as follows.

【Power outage notice】

The property will conduct annual inspection of the power substation facilities as required by law.
A power outage will occur throughout the property, including guest rooms, during the following periods:

In recent years, incidents involving smoke emission and fire from mobile batteries have been reported both domestically and internationally. To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the following points when using mobile batteries in guest rooms:
⚫ Please manage your mobile battery at your own responsibility and keep it within your reach.
⚫ While charging, please monitor the device at all times to prevent potential issues.
⚫ Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when leaving your room.
⚫ When charging portable electronic devices from your mobile battery, or charging the mobile battery itself using the room's power outlet, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or on flammable surfaces such as beds or sheets.
⚫ Do not use a mobile battery if it shows signs of damage, swelling, or abnormal heat generation. Please note that if any of the above conditions are observed during room cleaning during your stay, staff may relocate the mobile battery or stop its charging for safety reasons.
