Very noisy. Wooden floors so you can literally understand what people are saying next to or above. The rooms are clean and ok.

A short walk from the train station, and close to shops and restaurants. The room and beds are adequate in size, with moderately low door heights. Beds are clean. Small japanese bathroom with a tiny bath. Separate toilet. There is fridge and desk, as well as fewer places to hang clothes. Although there is no breakfast at the hotel, there are discounts on the nearby breakfast buffet y 400. Excellent location, just ten minutes walk away from taiwan train stop and conveniently located near shops or restaurants around.

It may be challenging to sleep because people talk very loudly at night (3 am). On the other hand, the location was ideal, everything was spotless, there was free wifi, and had everything you needed.

The location is about 500 meters from the jr shin okubo station. Just turn right to exit the station, continue straight and then turn left at 7-11. Easy checkin with englishspeaking staff. English instructions for wifi, toilet bidet and air conditioner remote.

The beds are hard but if youve been in asia for a long time theyre easy to get used to. The staff are very friendly and have good english unless you want to know anything about the area. Central location which is great for tourists.

Overall, i would recommend it. Situated on a quiet street in east shinjuku, close to the bars and clubs of east shoji. The staff is courteous. However, this is primarily geared towards parties. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, making it difficult to hear everything through them.

The staff is pleasant and friendly. The rooms are okay standard, but the windows are not allowed to open because of bugs. I once saw a cockroach, which is the most hated insect in my life. Didnt change sheets after 3 days as it stood in the paper. But im sure they would if we asked them to. 3,5 stars.

Everything was excellent, with the exception of a few minor issues. You can hear other guests talking and walking because of the extremely thin walls and ceiling. There is no closet for storing your clothes. The bed was too soft for my tastes. Unquestionably worth the price.
