As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Information Regarding Your Room Key Card During Your Stay

We would like to provide you with information regarding the room key card used during your stay at our hotel.

Please return the key card to the front desk upon departure.
If the key card is lost, a reissuance fee of JPY 1,000 will be charged for security reasons.
Please note that even if the lost key card is found after a replacement has been issued, the reissuance fee will not be refunded.

The hotel does not accept requests for room or bed type. Please make sure to reserve the room type you prefer.
The onsite car park is subject to availability and is on a first come, first served basis. It is available at JPY 3,000 per night.
However, the rate will be JPY 3,000 from November 1,2021.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
Notice of Scheduled Power Outage
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of the Property.
To carry out renewal work on the electrical equipment, a scheduled power outage will take place on the following date and time.

Date: Tuesday, January 12, 2027
Time: 12:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. (scheduled)
Preparatory work for the power outage inspection will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Required Full Vacating Time
Tuesday, January 12, 2027, by 11:00 a.m.

This work will be carried out safely while no guests are present inside the Property.
Accordingly, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completely vacating and leaving the Property by the designated final departure time.
On the same day, we will also be offering special plans at slightly more affordable rates, with check-in available from the evening onward.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

The hotel does not provide airport transfer service.
