【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

A large amount of items or large luggage that must be kept in refrigerator/freezer cannot be deposited at the property.
Effective for stays on or after March 1, 2026: A lodging tax will be collected upon arrival.
- The tax amount is calculated based on the number of guests and the room rate.
- This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at the property.

Please enter the full name exactly as it appears on your passport when you book the hotel. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
The property accepts only room bookings. Reservations for other services are not available.
The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date.
The property will hold sent items for a maximum of one week before check-in.
The shipping label must contain the check-in date and name of guest booking when sending luggage or mail to the property.
