As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Baggage can be dropped off at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. Luggage storage is available only on the check-in/check-out date.
Effective for stays on or after March 1, 2026: A lodging tax will be collected upon arrival.

- This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at the property.

For guests aged 6 years and older staying at this property, adult rates will apply.
Guests arriving after 10:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Large amount of items or large luggage that must be kept in refrigerator/freezer cannot be deposit at the property.
Please enter the full name exactly as it appears on your passport when you book the hotel. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
Single, Double and Twin room types cannot accommodate 3 adults. Children 6 years and over are considered as adults. When booking for 3 adults and more, guests are required to book multiple rooms.
The property accepts only room bookings.
Please make restaurant reservations by yourself on call.

The property will hold sent items for a maximum of one week before check-in.
The shipping label must contain the check-in date and name of guest booking when sending luggage or mails to the property.
