【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Adult rates apply to guests 7 years of age and older staying at this property.
Effective for stays on or after March 1, 2026: A lodging tax will be collected upon arrival.

- This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at the property.

Property is temporarily closed until further notice due to a fire that occurred on 29 Jun 2026. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the fire authorities. Guests with existing bookings may be offered either relocation to a nearby affiliated hotel or cancellation.
