[Tax Information]
In accordance with local tax regulations, the following accommodation tax will be charged separately at the property from check-ins on or after October 1, 2018.
For stays until February 28, 2026:
Room rate up to JPY 19,999 per person per night: JPY 200
Room rate JPY 20,000–49,999 per person per night: JPY 500
Room rate JPY 50,000 or more per person per night: JPY 1,000

From stays on or after March 1, 2026:
Room rate up to JPY 5,999 per person per night: JPY 200
Room rate JPY 6,000–19,999 per person per night: JPY 400
Room rate JPY 20,000–49,999 per person per night: JPY 1,000
Room rate JPY 50,000–99,999 per person per night: JPY 4,000
Room rate JPY 100,000 or more per person per night: JPY 10,000

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
For guests using existing beds, breakfast is not included in the breakfast included rate plan. There will be an additional charge for children's breakfast on site.
The maximum number of children sharing a bed varies depending on the room type.Twin Room: up to 2 guests Double Room: up to 1 guest (except for some rooms) If you arrive with more guests than the allowed occupancy, an additional room may be required.
With the enforcement of the "Act on Promotion of Resource Recycling Related to Plastics" from April 2022, we will comply with the law and promote SDGs.
Therefore, we will not install disposable plastic amenities in all guest rooms to control plastic waste from April 1, 2022 (Friday).
We propose a "lifestyle-type" stay where you can bring your own amenities that you are accustomed to, and at the same time, we sell environmentally friendly guest room amenities (toothbrush & toothpaste set, shave, brush) to those who wish. I will do it. * Sales price undecided
In addition, the purchased amenities are not disposable, and we will prepare a take-out bag so that you can take them home and use them many times.
