温泉があり、豪華ではないがきちんと清掃、整頓された部屋で心地よく過ごせました。朝食は定食で、過剰なブッフェスタイルではないが、料理の一つ一つが丁寧な味付けで調理されてとても美味しく頂きました。十勝小豆のお汁粉が絶品でした。

駅前に位置し、屋台村も徒歩2分程なので立地条件がとても良いです。ホテルの駐車場が満車でも目の前の市営地下駐車場に停められます。市営地下駐車場に停める際もホテルの駐車場と同じく一泊600円負担で良いのでオススメです。

なんと言っても移動の疲れを癒してくれるのは温泉大浴場ですが、ガーデンズはホテル内に温泉施設があり、飲み会で遅く帰っても入れて最高でした！また帯広に来るときは是非泊まりたいです！

夫も私も帯広での宿泊はここと決めて　今回5回目です。ラッキーなことにいつも10階の駅側のお部屋で景色もいいですしモール温泉♨️と繁華街が近いので気に入っています。ただホテル横の駐車場のラインが引き直した線と前回の線が中途半端で二重になっていて停めずらいです。もう少しわかりやすくしてほしいですお風呂に常備して頂いてるバスタオル、タオルはとっても助かります部屋から持参だと次にお風呂に行く時にまだ乾いていなくて　湿っぽい時とかあるので　何度お風呂に行ってもかわいた物を使えるのは気持ちがいいですいつもありがとうございますまた次も必ず宿泊させて頂きます。

帯広駅前が広々と見渡せて、お部屋は狭めですが気分は開放的！飲食街も近くてとても便利です。駅前にレンタカー各社があります。温泉でリラックスでき、朝食も美味しかったです。朝食は、和、洋、のセットに、サラダバー、ドリンクバー、濃厚ヨーグルトやお汁粉が自由に頂けます。駐車場は一泊550円でした。

常宿にしているホテルが取れず、正直「やむなし」の選択でしたが、想像以上に快適でした。まず立地、帯広駅やバスターミナルが目の前でどこに行くにもとにかく便利、食べ物屋さんやコンビニ、銀行（みずほ銀行）まですぐ近くにあり、全く不自由を感じませんでした。部屋や各設備もお値段を考慮すれば上出来、おまけにモール温泉の大浴場まであるのですから、これ以上を望むのは贅沢過ぎると思われます。

宿泊者にもかかわらず、車の駐車料金を取られる。事前の説明とは違うにもかかわらず、謝罪の言葉一つない。非常に印象が悪かった。また、ベッドが狭すぎる。二度と使いたくない。
