From Saturday, July 1, 2023, the room cleaning system will be changed as follows.
・Consecutive nights
"Simple cleaning" is a request system.
If you wish, please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door.
Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.
・For stays of 7 nights or more
In addition to the simple cleaning mentioned above, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.
*Additional room cleaning is available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk for details.
Superior Twin rooms do not provide a washing machine.
* Please be informed that starting July 16, 2026, renovation work will be conducted on the 1st-floor lobby and the 2nd-floor restaurant. The project is scheduled for completion around the winter of 2026. * Consequently, we regret to announce that the 2nd-floor restaurant will cease operations after breakfast service on Tuesday, July 15, 2026. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our guests for your generous support and patronage over the years. * During the renovation period, our guest rooms will remain available for use as usual. However, please note that construction noise may be heard, primarily during the daytime, around the 1st-floor lobby area and on the 2nd floor. Advance payment reservations are not compatible with Japan's domestic invoice system (eligible invoices/receipts).
Please note that if you make a reservation with advance payment, we will not be able to issue a receipt at the hotel.
