I really enjoyed my two-nights stay here. Good location, nice comfortable room with a washing machine+dryer (very convenient!), good and well-equipped roof-top onsen on the 18th floor and a nice lounge area with free coffee and amazing views on the 17th floor. Decor is nice and attractive, staff was friendly, and everything was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Breakfast options were good, as well, as you get a voucher to any of the many (delicious!) morning-market restaurants in the neighborhood that they have made arrangements with. All in all, I had a very nice stay here. I'd be happy to come back some time!

Just a few minutes walk from the train station. It's a quiet part of town, but the tram stop isn't far for a short ride downtown. It's right on the edge of the morning market, and the breakfast option was actually a token for affiliated shops there. The cable car isn't far, but it's a short (albeit steep) hike from the hotel to the observatory, 90 mins with plenty of time for photos of the sights in the old town. The public bath on the roof is the cherry on top, with a fantastic view of the bay, and presumably a fantastic view of the city, but unfortunately they had a barrier up on that side while I was there. My room was a very nice size for a Japanese hotel, and was in immaculate condition. The lounge on the 17th floor also has great views, but unfortunately is only staffed for 2 hours in the evenings, so if you're a shy foreigner like me then you may not get the most of it after a soak in the onsen, but there are vending machines too.

立地も良く、最上階の温泉、すぐ下の階のラウンジが良かった。景色も良く、無料の飲料多数。土日は外国の方が多く、占領している感じあり。セキュリティも良かった。スタッフの対応も良かった。部屋に洗濯機があるのは助かる。洗剤まで置いてくださっているのは驚き。食事はホテルが提携している朝市のお店17店、選べる。行ったお店、全部美味しかった。次も又、利用したいと思う。
