The hotel was excellent! Great location and helpful staff. It was a plus to have a washer/dryer in our rooms. Breakfast could have been a little fresher. It was nice to have a coffee machine in the lobby all hours.

The hotel was in a great location. Being able to store luggage before check-in was appreciated and the staff were very friendly. Very large rooms with personal supplies provided in the lobby. Free hot drinks also available. Already recommended to a future visitor!

Modern hotel with great amenities. Conveniently located to visit the Kenrokuen Gardens, the 21st Century Museum of Art, the Geisha districts. Breakfast was included in the room charge, with a good selection of food, both western and local. Staff were very helpful and happy to offer suggestions.

We were lucky enough to have the private hot tub, and it had a view of the city, which was lovely. The staff spoke English. The grounds were very clean. The room was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was close enough to everything.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in 4 trips to Japan. Very well located, close to Kanazat Catholic Church, amazingly well equipped, decorations made us feel in a very nice place, bigger room than it used to be in Japanese occidental style hotels, staff very kind and willing to serve, very well trained in customer care. The in-room washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and made our stay much easier especially for a multi-day trip. The staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming. The selection was fairly limited and didn’t offer much variety compared to what you might expect from a hotel of this level. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us, as the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel with excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again.
