【Room cleaning】
＜For guests staying 6 nights or less＞　
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not notify us, we will provide towels at the door of your room every day and we will not enter guest room.
＜For guests staying 7 nights or more＞
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. However, even if guest do not request cleaning, we will clean the room once a week. Towels are prepared at the door every day except on cleaning days, and we will not enter guest room.
According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
Amenity and slippers for children are available for free at front desk. Pajamas for children are not provided.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
One child staying with an adult in a twin room will be charged an adult's rate.
Please inform the property regarding the number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.
The property might not be able to meet guests' requests, depending on the situation.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
