【Room cleaning】
＜For guests staying 6 nights or less＞　
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not notify us, we will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day and the room will not be cleaned.
＜For guests staying 7 nights or more＞
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not wish to have your room cleaned, we will still clean your room once a week. We will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day except on cleaning days.
Amenity and slippers for children are available for free at front desk. Pajamas for children are not provided.
Check-in or check-out outside of the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Children 13 – 18 years old will be charged JPY 2,000 for breakfast when using existing bed.
Children 6 – 12 years old will be charged JPY 1,000 for breakfast when using existing bed.
Children under 0 – 5 years old years of age will receive breakfast free of charge.
Children under 18 years old are considered as adults when booking a twin room.
From 6:30 PM to 1:00 PM, the public bath's blinds will be closed. Please be informed that the views from the bath may be compromised during these hours.
Please inform the property regarding the number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.
Starting 1 February 2027, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:  

【Accommodation Tax from 1 February 2027, onwards】 
For all room rates: 2% per person per night (tax amount capped at JPY 2,000) 

Additional conditions:  
Room rate is capped at JPY 100,000. 
If an accommodation tax is levied by the municipality in addition to the prefecture, it will be applied using the following tax rates: 

Prefectural tax: fixed rate of 0.8% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 800) 
Municipal tax: fixed rate of 1.2% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 1,200) 
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. 
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.  
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.  
Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.  
The property might not be able to meet guests' requests, depending on the situation.
- Since the Sunset Beach is under construction, there are guest rooms which have the construction sight view.
* During the construction period, No entry to some beaches, no swimming in some areas.
* Noise or dust from the construction might be occurred.
- Breakfast restaurant or Public bath might be provided only with single place.
※ The swimming pool is available from around March 20 to October 31 every year.
