【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

【Room cleaning】
＜For guests staying 6 nights or less＞　
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not notify us, we will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day and the room will not be cleaned.
＜For guests staying 7 nights or more＞
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not wish to have your room cleaned, we will still clean your room once a week. We will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day except on cleaning days.
Amenity and slippers for children are available for free at front desk. Pajamas for children are not provided.
Breakfast included plans do not include breakfast for bed-sharing children 13 years and older.
Breakfast is available at an additional charge per person. Rates and times may vary depending on the day or type of breakfast. Please contact the property for more information.
Early check-in before 02:00 PM and late check-out after 11:00 AM are subject to additional charges.
Offsite car park is available. Guests cannot use the car park if your car height is more than 155 centimeters.
One child staying with one adult in a twin bed room will charged an adult's rate.
Please inform the property regarding the number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
Check-in is not possible after 12:00 AM.
Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Slippers are available for free at the front desk.
The property might not be able to meet guests' requests, depending on the situation.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
