This is a very transitional japstyle hotel. The view here is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and serene. However, i think everything here needs maintenance. I dont think it is very clean for their onsen bath compared to other newer hotels. Service is excellent. They asked what time we would be checking in. And we didnt expect the hotel staff to wait for our car at the parking lot under the rain. But luckily we arrived on time. Otherwise im not sure how long he will wait. Also, they have fixed breakfast and dinner times that are not changeable after booking. So its kind of difficult to plan if you want to go out late. You will also be using the same room as you will be serving you for your dinner. Breakfast is served in the common area, which ive found to be quite warm. 120% food presentation! Taste 80%.

I will definitely stay here again, but next time i will stay longer. This was a wonderful stay. We loved the private onsen. Traditional meals prepared for us enhanced our trip. The view of kawaguchiko lake was beautiful. And seeing mount fuji was breathtaking.

It was our first time staying at a traditional japanese hotel, and we thought it was fantastic. Call the hotel after arriving at two in the afternoon at kamuhiko station, where the shuttle bus will arrive in around ten minutes. We had matcha tea and snacks when we arrived at the motel. This time, we stayed in idyll room with an outdoor bath that faces the lake. Those who are shy about taking bb in public pools can choose if the room has an openair bath. Its genuinely enjoyable to take flannel bath while looking out over the water. The breakfast and dinner were both very delicious and filling. Food would change throughout the threeday and twonight journey. Hoteliers paid close attention. After dinner, the service staff will come to make the bed. Mount Fuji is visible from the hotels top floor, as are telescopes that you should watch carefully. Excellent service and excellent english communication from hotel employees. You can use the complimentary hotel shuttle to get to Kawaguchiko station in advance, then board the ferry that runs directly to lake kawaguki. (The green line bus can go directly into the entrance of the lodging. Please keep in mind that there is only one bus every hour during the day.

We had a wonderful trip, and even though we couldnt see mount fuji due to the heavy fog, our stay at the hotel enhanced our experience. The hotel room has incredibly japanese decor, consists of ujiko coffee table, or ojing dinner, while the staff is friendly. We also reserved reserving ten rooms for en suite hot springs, which are quite cozy.

The kawaguchiko area provided an excellent hotel experience. The hotel was cozy and exuded a retro japanese vibe. Through the windows in the room, the view of the kalapachuki lake was breathtaking. It was wonderful to see mount fuji and the surrounding area from the rooftop viewing deck. Every time, there was kaisekis course, which had varying menus. Even breakfast was always based on essentially the same menu. Their warmth is the greatest part. They displayed exemplary customer service skills. Individual onsen is ideal for those who are shy but want replete with an authentic onense experience because it is offered in private onses. When we left the main door, every time we entered the building, he waited for us outside in her kimono. Just to make sure we werent in any trouble (are we walking? Need transportation? Required assistance? I believe she was the proprietor. Very kind woman. As we leave the parking lot, she waved us farewell.

A hotel with obvious advantages and drawbacks. Take the shinkansen from mishima station to yamanakako station, then take the Fujikyu bus. When you get to the station call the front desk of the hotel, and a car will pick you up. The driver is very friendly. He doesnt speak much english, but he is extremely helpful. Enthusiasm. Hotel advantages 1. A very traditional hot spring hotel. There are both public and private soups available. Private soup must be reserved in advance. For 50 minutes, the price is 1,400 yen. Public soup is free. You can see mount fu from the observation deck at exit 5 of your room, which is actually similar to what you can find in some scenic locations. 2. The service staff is really enthusiastic, doesn't roll their eyes, or is almost always responsive to requests. 3. You may see mont fuji from outside the view deck, where you may meet up to 4 people who take care of children at once. Friends with obsessivecompulsively may not be able to accept it. We only stayed one night and endured it for that. Only the lakeside room was available because the motel was booked late. Although we couldnt see Mount Fuji, there was still
