The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We left our baggage at the hotel overnight while hiking Mt Kinabalu, and then again when we went to stay overnight on Sapi Island. They were very happy to accommodate our requests. The rooms are generously sized, and good value. The hotel is conveniently located to many local restaurants. Free WIFI in rooms appreciated.

Overall, it was a good stay. Can't complain about the amount I was paying for the room. Great location, as it is close to restaurants and malls. The room was large and clean, though you can occasionally smell cigarette smoke. The front desk was pleasant and checking in was easy. The bathroom was fine with shampoo and soap but no toothbrush. Although hot hate wasn't as hot as I wanted due to one broken water heater. Prices were reasonable. The surrounding area outside the hotel was the only downside.

I was here with my wife and were fine for shopping and golfing. Most hotels are fully booked so we try this hotel. The deluxe room was kingsize, it was a small but clean utmost cleanliness I tidy. It's close to a wyatt regency I merde shopping center. We also shop at Surya shopping center. Outside typical Malaysian dirty street. If you are into hygiene I can't stand street dirt definitely not for you. We golf a lot, and shop a lot but not in our room much. The next door is maiming Malady restaurant around the clock. We took our roti I koi trekking there early in the morning and then on to the golf course. You will be fine with us. Evenings within walking distance there are durian stalls. A little further up the port side, there are seafood stalls selling fresh seafood lobster, prawn crabs, fish etc. Its a good hotel in a great location and the room rate is fair. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean place to stay the night! Frank.

Aku menginap di sini bersama keluarga pada awal tahun lepas. Stafnya sangat melayani dengan baik. Lokasi hotelnya bagus karena berada di tengah bandar Kota Kinabalu, berdekatan dengan kedai makan Suria Saba dan Pulau. Hasilnya bagus, tandanya juga agak bersih. Harganya juga sangat terjangkau untuk kos rendah. Kekurangan dari hotel ini adalah kamar kami memiliki tirai dan berada di bahagian tepi berdekatan tangga. Kami bisa mendengar suara perbualan manusia dari dalam kamar kami.

When we first arrived, the surroundings and the building didn't have much of an impact. In fact, I was unsure if I had made a wise choice staying here. However, when I checked in, I was relieved to see a clean, practical room. Walking distance to attractions. Strong wifi coverage. There should be an upgrade at the reception. But overall, the value for money is quite good.

Underwhelming. Hotel was fine for the price as the city is very expensive for budget travelers. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping which was nice. The actual street the hotel is on is very smelly and full of cockroaches. But inside the hotel is clean and comfortable. Recommend for budget traveler but not if your looking for something nice.

1. Door safety lock (dari dalam) rosak. Unable to safely latch the main door. 2. No door in shower room - causing floor wet and slippery (I slipped & almost fall down - dangerous for warga emas) 3. No coffee or tea courtesy service (Small point but means a lot) NOTE: I did not find any of the above when I stayed there before (previously).
